For centuries, wine producers have struggled to control their wine aging environment. Wine makers frequently hope for repetition of process and reduced evaporation when producing the wine.
Whether above ground or underground wine cellars, newer or aged wines: wineries that have achieved excellence in production want to have the ability to control their environment, and have a repetitive process. Wineries have also had to address wine loss due to evaporation. During the ageing process, wine aged in barrels around 61°F can lose about 14% of its volume in three years when stored at 60% RH. Modern wineries, with above ground cooled ageing rooms, strive to achieve up to 85% relative humidity in a controlled environment.
We offer a complete solution with the Optiguide Atomizing Control System. It provides true "dry fog" for controlled high humidity up to 90% RH while keeping your barrels dry and mold free.
You will be able to control your process, substantially reduce "Angeles share", top the wine when required, and achieve a repeatable process. The atomizing control system supplies high-humidity "dry fog" with micron droplets. The droplets evaporate into the air before reaching wine barrels. No free water collects on the barrels and the entire room stays dry. The patented technology is clean and relatively silent. The static atomizer has a large non-clogging orifice needing very low maintenance. The system provides energy-saving, low maintenance, modular systems for modern processing.
